Thank you for the confidence you have shown in us by acquiring a Vulcain watch.

The latest model created by our Manufacture founded in 1858, your watch has been designed and crafted in the grand Swiss watchmaking tradition. It has undergone a series of quality controls throughout the production process and immediately prior to being placed on sale. It will prove a faithful companion for many years to come.

To ensure that it continues to run smoothly, we recommend a regular check-up by an official dealer and have the water-resistance of your watch tested once a year, and the mechanical movement once every 2 to 3 years.

The international warranty for your Vulcain watch is for 2-years from the date of purchase.

It covers any manufacturing defect emerging in the course of normal use and provided the watch has not been opened.

The guarantee does not cover theft, loss, fire, or damage resulting from natural causes or mishandling, nor does it apply to the glass, non-original parts or accessories, normal wear of the leather strap, or battery change.

Any control or repair should be carried out by our approved Vulcain dealers or our general agents. Any work performed by persons not authorized by Vulcain or its general agents shall render the present guarantee null and void.

Our after-sales service is more than willing to advise you and to do any necessary maintenance or repair work, both during the guarantee period and after it expires.
